I beat this game this morning. The ending is retarded. Seriously retarded. WHEE YOU BEAT LORD IX AND WINNED TEH GAEM EXCEPT ACTUALLY NOT REALLY BECAUSE AFTER YOU BARELY GET BACK TO YOUR OWN WORLD IT TURNS OUT DR. ROBOTNIK HAS TAKEN OVER THE WORLD IN A COMPLETELY UNSURPRISING AND UNIMAGINATIVE PLOT TWIST. Oh, and then it's a cliffhanger ending. WTF Bioware.

That said, I still enjoyed the game, all the way up to the end. So that says something, I suppose.

Oh, and you know what else? The last boss fight was pretty dumb too, but that's only to be expected, really. You fight Ix as Super Sonic, and it's basically ... he does his POW move, which kills you if you don't complete it, and you do your POW move, which damages him considerably, BUT, if you don't complete it, he regenerates completely at the end of each round.

That said, the POW move sequence you have to do is incredibly easy, and I didn't miss once. The only reason I know that he heals is because I just read it on GameFAQs. Honestly, I thought you would just win, period.
